We process your name, email address and message submitted through the contact form to handle your enquiry and follow up with you.

We process the information provided in the application and the signed document for enrolment, course organisation, communication, payments and the safe collection of minors. Lubomír Sakmáry (Salubo) receives the application for acceptance, communication, organisation and delivery of the clubs.

Data necessary for enrolment and running the course is processed for the performance of a contract. We use the details of legal guardians and authorised persons for safe organisation and the collection of children on the basis of legitimate interest. Accounting records are retained to comply with legal obligations; records needed to resolve disputes are retained on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our rights.

We use service providers for the technical operation of the website and email delivery. Data used to organise courses is retained for the duration of participation and the necessary payment reconciliation. Other records are retained only as long as necessary to meet legal obligations and protect rights.

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
